# How to Invest in Projects

### Step 1: Log In and Navigate to the Marketplace

1\. Go to the DF Platform homepage and log in using your account credentials.

2\. From the top navigation bar, click on the Marketplace tab to view available projects.

3\. Browse through the projects by category (e.g., Residential, Mobility) or by status (e.g., Financing).

### Step 2: Select a Project

1\. Review the available projects. Each project card displays:

• Target Raise: The total amount required for the project.

• ROI (Return on Investment): Expected returns.

• Investment Period: Duration of the investment.

2\. Click on a project card (e.g., Apartment - Central Riga) to open the detailed project page.

### Step 3: Review Project Details

1\. On the project detail page, review:

• Target Raise and the percentage funded so far.

• Annual Percentage Yield (APY) and payment frequency (e.g., Monthly).

• Project Description: Includes goals, benefits, and supporting documents.

2\. Scroll through the Description and Documents tabs to analyze the project thoroughly.

### Step 4: Confirm Your Investment

1\. Click the Invest button after entering the desired amount.

2\. Review the investment summary, which includes:

• Total amount.

• Expected returns and payment schedule.

3\. Click Confirm to proceed.

### Step 5: Authorize the Transaction

1\. **Ensure your wallet is connected (e.g., Metamask).**

2\. A wallet pop-up will appear for transaction authorization:

• Confirm the transaction details in your wallet.

3\. Wait for the blockchain confirmation (typically a few seconds to a minute).
